The EazyPod range is the smallest member of the renowned Nexus family, yet it packs the same smart approach to mechanical and biological filtration.
Inside the stainless steel Eazy filter sits the static K1 Micro media, acting as both a physical barrier and a thriving biological zone.
As unfiltered water moves from the outer chamber inward, suspended debris, algae, and fine particles get trapped in the media, while the beneficial bio-film breaks down nitrates, nitrites, and ammonia.
Clean water out, healthy pond vibes in — exactly how it should be.
Primarily used in pump-fed setups, the EazyPod Grey comes in three configurations:
Standard EazyPod – the core filter unit
EazyPod Air – includes a complete aeration pump kit
EazyPod Complete – features an air pump kit and an integrated UV clarifier to prevent algae bloom
 
For keepers who prefer gravity-fed systems, the standard and Air models can be adapted (see EazyPod & EazyPod Air datasheet). However, due to the built-in UVC, the EazyPod Complete must be run pump-fed.
Each unit is fitted with internal aeration tubing, ready to hook straight up to the air pump. During the cleaning cycle, the media is vigorously agitated, dislodging trapped sediment so it can be flushed straight to waste. It’s classic filtration done right — quick, effective, and reliable season after season.
