  • Approx. 40 hours per week

  • Monday–Friday

  • Site based

  • Surrey, London and surrounding areas

  • 3+ years landscaping experience preferred

  • Full UK driving licence strongly preferred

About The Role

POND PIMPS Ltd is looking for an experienced Landscaper to join our growing project team. This is not a conventional garden-maintenance role. You will work on the construction of bespoke garden ponds, natural swimming ponds, waterfalls, water features and complete landscape transformations for residential clients across Surrey and London.

Your first three months will be spent working closely with our pond specialist, where you will receive valuable training in everything to do with ponds, once this period is completed you will be leading your own team 

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Around 3+ years landscaping, groundwork or construction experience

  • Hard landscaping experience

  • Professional tool use

  • Levels, falls and measurements

  • Ability to work from instructions

  • Good practical problem-solving

  • Strong workmanship

  • Health and safety awareness

  • Reliability and timekeeping

Desirable Experience

  • Pond construction

  • Swimming pool construction

  • Water features

  • Groundworks

  • Drainage

  • Paving

  • Natural stone

  • PVC pressure pipework

  • Pumps and filtration

  • Decking

  • Mini excavator or dumper use
